The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Polanco, within walking distance to the park and Museo de Antropologia. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, but soundproofing could be improved. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some issues with unhelpful staff and exchange rates were noted. The dining options are good, but could have a bit more variety. Overall, a centrally located hotel with some room for improvement in certain areas.

The dining could use more variety and quality, starting early with an outstanding experience. It was excellent overall in value for the price paid.
